GRACE

Discipline with Grace Encouragement Program

Parenting is not always easy.  There are times when we feel overwhelmed and discouraged.  Not to talk of the times when we feel like failures because we lost our temper or did not give enough attention to our children in the week.  I know the feeling.  We all want to be the best parents we can be.  We give our best, our time, our money because we love our children.

Lizzy and I have two beautiful daughters.  When we decided to discipline our children without punishment, it opened a whole new world for us.  We got excited about disciplining our children because we finally understood what the purpose of discipline was.

We also had many questions. For example, what do you do when your child does not obey or is disrespectful?  How do you deal with tantrums?  What do you do when you feel like you are going to lose it?  Even our marriage was under pressure because we did not have time to have a proper conversation without kids interrupting.

In this program, I want to give you the encouragement we did not have.  When we started this journey, most people were still encouraging parents to use punishment.  We were alone, and at times got discouraged. We don’t want you to feel that way.  This program will help you to stay focused and motivated.

Weekly(4 videos every month), I will share insights and practical tips to help you discipline your child in a loving way.  This will help you to make the mind shift from punishment to discipline.  Over time I have learned that if parents are not constantly encouraged and coached, they fall back into punishment.

That is why we created a program that focuses on how to discipline without punishment. These 5-minute videos are loaded with practical advice and encouragement. I put together all the short videos I created over the years.

I spent many hours coaching in personal sessions with parents, who discovered the power of reflecting on their lives and parenting experiences. Of course, this is not possible for everyone, but in this program, I will be teaching you what I teach these parents.  It will just be much cheaper, and you can do it early in the morning, late in the afternoon, or when everybody is sleeping, you choose.

This is not a course. Instead, it is encouragement, loaded with practical advice, wisdom, and insight.  I will be your friend in good times and bad times.  As we journey together, you will discover that disciplining your child is about a relationship, not a method or a technique. To help you in this relationship, I will send you a weekly(4 in a month) letter for your journal.  Spending 5 to 15 minutes in your journal every week will grow your emotional intelligence.  This will empower you to increase your child’s emotional intelligence.

This program will encourage and equip you to:

  • Discipline your child with love and not punishment
  • Connect with your child
  • Grow your own and your child’s emotional intelligence
  • Stay focused and motivated
  • Build a relationship with your child

We deal with topics like tantrums, meltdowns, power struggles, how to increase your child’s emotional intelligence, and why you must not use time-outs. We also talk about when we lose it, don’t know what to do next, or feel we fail as parents. We also talk about the difference between praise and encouragement, the power of hugs, the impact of your word, and how to use it wisely.

But this is only the beginning. We have a year to cover many topics. Topics parents need to talk about when they want to discipline effectively.

Slowly disciplining your child will become an adventure, filled with love, learning experiences, times of laughter, growth, moments of connecting, and feelings of satisfaction because you will be disciplining your child with love!

After the year, you can cancel or stay subscripted. The videos will be available as long as you are subscribed to the program.
